Hi everyone,
As many of you know, on July 8th when Uranus entered Gemini for the first time in 84 years, we collectively dipped a toe into a new astrological era. For the next couple months, and then permanently next spring, all the outer planets (Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto) will be fire and air signs (Aries, Gemini and Aquarius).
This period will last for 20 years while Pluto is in Aquarius but is very strong for the next three years while Saturn is in Aries, and again in 2030-32 while Saturn is in Gemini. We are still in transition because Saturn will retrograde back into Pisces from September 2, 2025, through February 14, 2026, and Uranus will return to Taurus from November 8, 2025, until April 25, 2026. So officially on April 26, next year we begin this new era, but we’re definitely on the cusp right now.
Fire and air signs typically combine to create energy that is positive, passionate, creative, inclusive, and expansive. I’ve been at a loss to reconcile this astrological new beginning with the destruction going on in our country and in the world. In these podcasts Ky Dickens interviews parents, teachers, and children, about the spiritual gifts belonging to a group of non-speakers with autism. These young people, communicating through a technique called spelling along with scientifically documented telepathy, shine a bright light on consciousness as the primary force of the universe and on the interconnectedness of all living things. They speak of love as the highest energy and bring light to many transpersonal gifts they share. One young man was able to “read” the contents of a book simply by placing his hand of the cover.
After listening to the first season, I realized that I’d found a manifestation of Uranus, a planet I call “the great awakener” going into Gemini representing ideas, perception and communication. What could be more groundbreaking than a mainstream podcast illuminating a group of people who are capable of telepathy, ESP, distance healing and other spiritual gifts? It seems extremely possible that during the next seven years as Uranus goes through Gemini, we may all learn to be more telepathic and open to our spiritual gifts.
On another note, from July 17th to August 10th Mercury will be retrograde in Leo. Check and double check all your communications and calendars. On July 24, we will experience the new moon at 2 degrees of Leo, indicating an excellent time for setting intentions and beginning creative projects. The Sun is “at home” in Leo, bringing those of us in the northern hemisphere the long, warm, expansive days of summer. The nature of Leo is dramatic, creative, and expressive. This new moon is exactly opposite Pluto, the Underworld, a place of darkness and shadow. For people born with planets in early degrees of Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius and Taurus, these next couple of weeks can bring more awareness of problems that have been hidden from view. Pluto offers opportunities to excavate what needs healing.
